The hardest part was dividing my hair!

I wasn't as aggressive with cutting my hair, but I do have layers. I used to pull all of my hair forward. This makes more sense to get more layers. Your hair is beautiful!

Thanks for sharing your story, I have a silver/copper IUD because I dont support hormonal contraception, for me was the best choice. after some months menstruation is one day longer but I dont mind I use my menstrual cup, my obgyn told me if the string needs to be shorter I could get an appoinment and cut it a little bit more, but for me was perfect. Sorry you went though that

I don’t know if I have sun spot or melisma on my cheeks but I do want to get rid of them. I tried micro needling as well and not working at all. 😩

How do you tell the difference between sun spot and melasma?

Today I learned that my sun spots are NOT melasma so I have a whole regimen coming up. Proof that we should be diligent in reapplying sunscreen 🫡

I have thick fine hair and hairdressers won't listen to me that they need to cut it like thick hair. I dis this following her instructions and have never been so happy with a hair cut.
